1. Scope
These terms apply when you access the Kura directory, open a Tool through Kura, submit a Tool folder, or otherwise use services operated under the Kura name.
Some Tools may display additional terms or privacy information. Those Tool-specific terms apply in addition to this document.
2. Kura's role
Kura provides hosting, discovery, routing, runtime management, and shared directory features. Individual Tools may be created and maintained by independent authors.
Unless a Tool explicitly states otherwise, Kura does not promise that it has reviewed every calculation, output, dependency, external request, or data-processing operation performed by that Tool.
3. Permitted use
You may use Kura and its Tools only for lawful purposes and within any access rules communicated to your group.
- Do not interfere with the service, other Tools, or another person's data.
- Do not bypass access controls or intentionally consume resources in a way that prevents normal use.
- Do not upload material you are not authorized to process.
- Do not use a Tool to violate applicable law, contractual obligations, or third-party rights.
5. Content and rights
Authors retain ownership of their Tool code and content. By submitting a Tool, the author grants the Kura operator permission to host, execute, proxy, index, display, cache, and make the Tool available to authorized users.
Users retain ownership of their own inputs. A Tool may require additional rights to process or store those inputs; the Tool author must explain this when relevant.
6. Availability and changes
Kura and individual Tools may be updated, restarted, suspended, removed, or become unavailable. No uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.
A Tool may be hidden when it is broken, duplicated, misleading, unsafe, abandoned, or incompatible with the current platform.
7. Data and statistics
Kura may record basic operational information such as Tool views, Tool-card clicks, runtime status, errors, and timestamps. Individual Tools may process additional data according to their own implementation.
Do not enter confidential or sensitive information into a Tool unless you understand how that Tool handles it and have permission to do so.
8. Enforcement
The operator may restrict access, stop a Tool process, remove a listing, or preserve relevant logs when necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, or resolve a technical incident.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as Kura changes. The current version and effective date appear at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

本規約は、KuraのTool一覧へのアクセス、Kura経由でのTool利用、Toolフォルダーの提出、その他Kura名義で提供されるサービスの利用に適用されます。
Toolごとに追加の利用条件やプライバシー情報が表示される場合、それらも本規約とあわせて適用されます。
2. Kuraの役割
Kuraは、ホスティング、検索、ルーティング、ランタイム管理、共通ディレクトリ機能を提供します。各Toolは独立した制作者によって作成・管理される場合があります。
Tool上で明示されていない限り、Kuraは、各Toolの計算、出力、依存関係、外部通信、データ処理のすべてを事前確認したことを保証しません。
3. 利用条件
Kuraおよび各Toolは、法令に従い、所属グループに案内されたアクセス条件の範囲内で利用してください。
- サービス、他のTool、他人のデータを妨害しないでください。
- アクセス制御を回避したり、通常利用を妨げる形で意図的に資源を消費したりしないでください。
- 処理権限のないデータをアップロードしないでください。
- 法令、契約、第三者の権利に反する目的でToolを利用しないでください。
5. コンテンツと権利
Toolのコードとコンテンツの権利は制作者に帰属します。Toolを提出することで、制作者はKura運営者に対し、認可された利用者へ提供するためのホスト、実行、プロキシ、索引化、表示、キャッシュの権限を付与します。
利用者が入力したデータの権利は利用者に残ります。追加の利用権限が必要な場合、Tool制作者はその内容を明示する必要があります。
6. 提供状況と変更
Kuraおよび各Toolは、更新、再起動、停止、削除、利用不能になる場合があります。継続的で中断のない提供は保証されません。
壊れている、重複している、誤解を招く、安全上の問題がある、管理されていない、または現在の基盤と互換性がないToolは非表示になる場合があります。
7. データと統計
Kuraは、Toolの閲覧数、カードのクリック数、ランタイム状態、エラー、時刻などの基本的な運用情報を記録する場合があります。各Toolは実装に応じて追加のデータを処理する場合があります。
Toolのデータ処理方法を理解し、入力権限がある場合を除き、機密情報やセンシティブな情報を入力しないでください。
8. 対応措置
サービス保護、不正利用の調査、法的義務への対応、技術的事故の解決のため、運営者はアクセス制限、Toolプロセスの停止、掲載削除、関連ログの保存を行う場合があります。
9. 規約の変更
Kuraの変更にあわせて本規約を更新する場合があります。現行バージョンと適用開始日はページ上部に表示します。更新後も利用を継続した場合、改定内容に同意したものとみなします。
